Score All 10 Pillars in 60 Seconds.

Walk away with a numbered score, your three biggest structural gaps, and the one next step that closes them.

The short answer

Your Ecosystem Score measures how much of your business you actually own across 10 pillars: audience, data, offers, delivery, distribution, follow-up, community, content, monetization and infrastructure. A 60-second Instant Read gives you a first number. The full 50-question assessment returns a written Ecosystem Intelligence Report naming your gaps and your next step.

The Problem

Why does a business that works still fail to compound?

Because effort and ownership are different things. Most established businesses score well on activity and badly on structure, and the assessment exists to show you exactly where. Three gaps appear again and again.

Your audience lives on platforms you do not control

Followers are access, not ownership. An algorithm change, a policy update or a suspended account removes the audience you spent years building, and nothing transfers with you.

Your customer data is scattered across disconnected tools

When contact records, purchase history and engagement live in different systems, no single view of the customer exists, so follow-up stays manual and revenue depends on memory.

Your revenue resets instead of compounding

If this month requires the same effort as the same month last year, the work is producing income but not building an asset. That gap widens every year it stays open.

How It Works

How does the Ecosystem Score actually work?

It scores your business against a fixed 10-pillar instrument, so the number means the same thing every time it is measured and can be compared against your own score six months from now.

01

Take the 60-second Instant Read

Five questions produce a first score and name your most urgent risk.

02

Complete the 50-point assessment

Ten pillars, roughly 8 minutes, scored against the same instrument every time.

03

Read your Intelligence Report

Score, classification, gaps, blind spots, cost of inaction and a strategic roadmap.

04

Take the one recommended next step

One decision, not a menu. The report names the step that fits your stage.

Honest Answers

What do operators ask before they start?

An Ecosystem Score is a 0 to 100 reading of how much of your business you actually own, measured across 10 pillars: audience, data, offers, delivery, distribution, follow-up, community, content, monetization and infrastructure. A low score means value leaks out to platforms you do not control. A high score means the work you do accumulates inside a business you own.

The Instant Read takes about 60 seconds and gives you a first score plus your most urgent risk. The full assessment is 50 questions across all 10 pillars and takes roughly 8 minutes. You can stop after the Instant Read and still keep your score.

You receive an Ecosystem Intelligence Report: your score, your strategic classification, your three biggest structural gaps with the cost of leaving each one open, a roadmap of recommendations, and one recommended next step rather than a menu of options. The report is downloadable and a copy is sent to your email.

No account is needed to start. The Instant Read runs first, and you enter your name, email and business name before the full 50-question assessment so your results can be saved and sent to you. If you already have a Pinpoint account, the assessment recognizes you and loads your previous score instead of starting over.

There is no cost. The Ecosystem Score and the Ecosystem Intelligence Report are provided at no charge. What you do with the roadmap afterwards is your decision, and the report tells you plainly whether a paid next step is the right fit for your stage or not.

Established operators: founders, CEOs, consultants, coaches, agencies and service businesses that already generate revenue and want to understand why growth resets instead of compounds. It is not built for pre-revenue businesses looking for a first customer, because most of the 10 pillars have nothing to measure yet.
