Trillion Dollar Blueprint: 3 Secrets of Big Tech Success

Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet (which is essentially Google and YouTube), and Meta (which is essentially Facebook and Instagram). I've been analyzing these trillion-dollar companies. I've discovered three things that they have in common, which is why they dominate, and how you can do the same within your small to medium business.

And you wanna stick around in this video because number three is extremely powerful, and you're gonna wonder how you can implement this in your business right now.

1. Product and Service Integration

Product and service Integration is basically when you have products and services that leverage each other. They go well together. They leverage each other in a way that makes each one of them more powerful and easier to use.

Example: Alphabet (Google)

  • Google Search

  • Chrome Browser

  • YouTube

  • Google Drive (cloud storage)

  • Android

Each one of these products and services works together. They leverage each other. Think about it, when you search for something on the Chrome browser, you are essentially within a Google search. When you search for something, the results you’re going to get back a lot of the time will favor, if it is available, a YouTube video at the top of the search rankings. If you have a Gmail account, you can save your information to the cloud, right? To Google Drive. Same thing with Android. You have an Android device. It favors saving your information on the Google Cloud, Google Photos, and things of that nature.

So all these products and services work well together, and they leverage each other to make each one of them stronger.

Example: Microsoft

  • Windows OS

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Azure

  • Microsoft Teams

  • GitHub

  • LinkedIn

Microsoft has one of the most widely used operating systems in the world today and an extensive list of products and services that all integrate seamlessly.

Benefits of Product & Service Integration

Some benefits to this include:

1. Lifetime Value: Customers become accustomed to your products and services, making it inconvenient for them to switch.

2.Multiple Revenue Streams: Companies are not just dependent on one product. Alphabet, for example, has Google Search, YouTube, Chrome, Android, and also ad revenue.

We recommend that each business have at least five revenue streams to remain stable.

2. Community

A strong community offers powerful benefits.

Benefits of Building a Community

Loyalty: Clients and customers stick around because they feel engaged, valuable, and part of something.

Feedback : Communities give constructive criticism to help improve your products and services.

Marketing: Word of mouth is still the strongest advertising, now digitized through platforms like Yelp, Google Reviews, and Trustpilot.

Advocacy: Community members become advocates for your business, marketing on your behalf.

Partnerships: Communities often create partnerships that expand business opportunities.

Network Effect:
The more people involved, the stronger and more effective the community becomes.

Imagine launching a new product to a community of a thousand loyal members. They will likely be your first buyers, supporters, and promoters without you doing any additional marketing.

This is why trillion-dollar companies are powerful: they have massive communities that advocate, market, give feedback, and stay loyal.

3. Data Ownership

Data ownership gives you control, most importantly, control over how the relationship with the client goes

What Data Ownership Provides

Control Over Client Relationships: You determine what the client sees and how to engage with them.

Personalization: Tailor the client experience based on what they like, view, or interact with.

Algorithm Control: Companies adjust algorithms based on data to keep people engaged.

Strategy: Data helps you strategize, shift operations, and retain customers.

Innovation: Data highlights trends, allowing you to innovate, acquire smaller companies, or create new tools that improve the customer experience.

With data ownership, you control the traffic, the experience, and the long-term strategy of your business.

Conclusion

These three traits allow trillion-dollar companies to dominate and scale like no other:

1. Product and Service Integration
2. Community
3. Data Ownership

They give control, stability, innovation, and long-term customer loyalty.

I hope this video was valuable to you. I hope this video blesses you. I hope this video is something you can utilize within your small to medium business.

And as always, it's not personal, it's business.
