Who Owns Your Category
Inside Pinpoint?
One Partner. Zero Competition.
Leave with a scored fit, a recommended tier, your actual retainer, and a straight answer on whether your category is still open.
Pinpoint is a private growth ecosystem for decision-makers, not an advertising platform. Exactly one partner holds each sponsor category, and a filled category is closed for the duration of that partnership. A 5-minute, 11-question assessment scores your fit, computes your tier and retainer, and tells you whether your category is still open.

Why Is This Not
Sponsorship?
We do not sell ads. We curate strategic category partners. There is a fundamental difference, and it changes every number in your ROI model.
The Recommended Infrastructure Layer
When members ask what tools to use, your brand is the answer. Not because you paid for placement, but because you are the community-endorsed solution.
The Embedded Solution
Your brand lives inside the member journey from onboarding to activation. You are not an ad they scroll past. You are the tool they adopt.
The Default Ecosystem Extension
Inside a unified growth ecosystem, the right partner completes the infrastructure. That is your position. That changes everything.
- You are buying visibility.
- That is a cost center.
- Hard to justify. Easy to cut.
- You are buying revenue leverage.
- That is a growth investment.
- Easy to justify. Easy to renew.
Who Is Actually Inside the Room?
Five high-value buyer segments. All decision-makers.
CEOs
"How do I build a machine that grows without breaking?"
Founders
"How do I stop starting from zero every month?"
Entrepreneurs
"How do I make this scalable and durable?"
Coaches
"How do I build something that works without me?"
SaaS Leaders
"How do we increase retention and NRR?"
OUR MEMBERS...
- Join to solve infrastructure problems. Not browsing. Actively searching for the right systems to scale their business.
- Are actively reallocating budget. These are operators who have already decided to spend. The question is which solution wins.
- Trust curated recommendations. Inside a private ecosystem, trust transfers from the community to the brands it endorses.
- Value community-endorsed tools. A tool recommended by the community carries far more weight than any ad or cold outreach.
Partner positioning inside Pinpoint is not advertising. It is authority endorsement.
What Does Category Exclusivity Actually Get You?
The only partner in your category, inside the room that already trusts you.
Warm Intro Pipeline
When members ask for tool recommendations, partners receive direct warm introductions. These are referrals from a trusted peer community, not leads.
Community Recommendation Bias
Being the only partner in your category means your brand becomes the default answer to every relevant question inside the ecosystem.
Zero Competition Screen Space
Because only one partner exists per category, your brand never competes for attention. When your category comes up, you are the only answer in the room.
What Do the Three Partnership Tiers Include?
Three levels of control. One partner per tier.
Once a tier slot is filled, it is permanently closed for your category.

How Does Category
Exclusivity Work?
Exclusivity is enforced inside the Pinpoint Ecosystem. Once activated, your category is locked and competitors are excluded for the duration of your active subscription and compliance with partnership terms.
- Your product targets CEOs, founders, or SaaS leaders
- You want pipeline from decision-makers, not just impressions
- You sell into the $100K to $100M revenue segment
- Your category is one of our open sponsor categories
- You value a premium, curated environment over mass reach
- You want to be the community-recommended default
PENDING status indicates an active qualification hold (10-min). LOCKED categories are already filled.
Category ownership inside the Pinpoint Ecosystem is limited and demand-based. Founding partners secure early-stage pricing alignment, priority ecosystem positioning, competitive exclusion within their category, and strategic review rights before broader market adjustments.

What do partners ask before they apply?
A Pinpoint partnership places one company inside the Pinpoint Ecosystem as the category partner for its solution area. Your brand appears in the community home, onboarding flows and partner directory, and members are warm-introduced to you when they ask for a solution in your category. Only one partner holds a category at a time.
Advertising buys visibility, which is a cost centre and easy to cut. A category partnership places you inside the member journey as the community-recommended infrastructure layer, so the endorsement comes from the room rather than from a placement you bought. There is no ad feed, no algorithm and no competitor sharing the screen.
There are three tiers. Foundation Integration runs $3,000 to $7,500 per month, Embedded Partner runs $8,000 to $18,000 per month, and Category Authority runs $20,000 to $50,000 per month. Your exact retainer is computed from your assessment answers, primarily your average contract value, and is shown to you before any commitment.
Once your category is activated it is locked, and direct competitors are excluded for the duration of your active subscription and your compliance with the partnership terms. Category exclusivity is enabled at the Category Authority tier. Lower tiers still hold the only partner slot for that tier within the category.
Eleven questions across three sections, about five minutes, with no sales call required. The system scores your fit, computes your recommended tier and retainer, checks category availability, and generates a personalized readiness report. If your category is open you can secure it, and a qualification hold reserves it for ten minutes while you decide.
You join the priority waitlist for that category. A locked category is not reopened while the partnership is active, so the waitlist is the honest answer rather than a workaround. You keep your assessment results and your computed tier, so if the category reopens the qualification work is already done.
